What does my registration include?
Conference registration entitles you to all four days of educational programming, networking, the Awards Ceremony, and Dance Party.
I’ll be speaking at the conference. Do I have to register?
Yes. Everyone who will attend the conference must register. Speakers may attend at no cost. Ask your SSDP staff liaison to provide you with a discount code to use.
What’s the refund policy?
Refunds may be requested through Eventbrite until 30 days before the event (March 31, 2021). After that, refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis upon written request sent to rachel@ssdp.org.
I have a discount code, but I’m not sure where to enter it. How do I get my discount?
It’s very easy to miss where you put that in. Click “Register” then you will see “Enter promo code” in blue at the top of the form, before you select your ticket type.
I’m an SSDP chapter member. How do I use my CAT points to register?
Your SSDP staff member can help you make arrangements with CAT points. For U.S. based students, contact Luis Montoya or Rob Hofmann. For students based in any other country, contact Róisín Downes.
My company or organization is interested in sponsoring the conference. Where can I find out more about that?

Are media passes available?
SSDP welcomes news media representatives who want to provide coverage of the conference. All Media Pass applicants must currently be employed or on assignment by the outlets they are representing. For eligible applicants, a Media Pass may be provided as a courtesy to cover the official event. It permits access to the event during programming and does not include meals or access to the dance party which follows the award ceremony. SSDP is not obligated to provide a Media Pass and will approve requests based on its judgment of eligibility.
